Domestic abuse is unfortunately common in Christian homes, with many victims attending church alongside their abusers, and the Church must address this reality. Common myths, such as blaming the victim for not submitting or fulfilling her role, are harmful and unbiblical, as abuse is always the abuser's responsibility. While repentance and forgiveness are important, the Church should prioritize the safety of the abused, acknowledging that reconciliation with an abuser should not be rushed.
