In Daniel’s final vision, the question is posed, “How long until the end?” Alistair Begg explains that the response to this question is marked by gravity, mystery, and certainty and highlights what we can know with clarity – that the people of God will endure to the end. Just as Daniel did not understand all that this prophecy means, we will not be able to fully comprehend it until it is fulfilled. We are called to carry on for God’s glory, aware of our mortality and clinging to the promise of rising in Him.
