Declarative or decreeing prayer is a predominant practice within the hyper charismatic/New Apostolic Reformation movement. Those who hold to this believe they are using their God given authority to call things from heaven into earth. It is viewed as a powerful way of praying and getting results. Is this a Biblical practice?
