John speaks this week to Joel Tiegreen. Joel served as a missionary to Turkey for several years until he received a terminal diagnosis of cancer. John talks to Joel about his suffering and the Lord's kindness in it.
Joel served for five years as a missionary to Turkey. He fully expected to die in that foreign land presenting people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. But following a devastating diagnosis of terminal cancer, he came back to America for treatment. In this season, God has not abandoned Joel, his wife, or their five children. God has proved faithful and true through it all.
