Does the Scripture mandate that Pastors and Elders train future Pastors and Elders in the local Church? If you walked into the majority of churches today, the response to that question may come with some level of uncertainty. Most churches choose to send their men off to receive ministry training. The extent of their commitment ends with a letter of recommendation and possibly some financial support. But, is this the model the Bible lays out?
